Group Rentals

There’s no better way to spend quality time with your crew—unplugged, cooled off, and relaxing on the river. Whether it’s a bachelor or bachelorette party, work outing, sports team celebration, family reunion, or just a group of friends chasing some sunshine, The Tube Shack makes it easy to float together and our group rates make your day on the water even more affordable.

Our friendly staff will get your group set up with everything you need, send you off for the perfect day of floating on the Cowichan River, and meet you at the end with a shuttle back to the parking lot.

After booking, don’t forget to forward your confirmation email to everyone in your group, it includes all the important details, waiver links, and check-in info to make sure your float day runs smoothly.

  • No worries! Book for your best estimate and we can adjust either way when you’re sure of how many people will be in your group.

  • All good! You can mix tubes in a group booking so everyone can have the tube that they want and you still get a great deal.

  • Unfortunately there isn’t a way to split the bill when booking a group online. We suggest getting one person to pay for the group and have everyone else pay them back.

  • We can’t stress this enough, forward everyone in your group the confirmation email. This way, everyone knows exactly what time the booking is at, where to park, how to sign the waiver, and which name the booking is under. If everyone fills the waiver out ahead of time, one person can check in for everyone in your group.
