Liability Waiver
Please complete the waiver below. It will save time when you arrive at the counter.
Reminder that signing a waiver does not mean that you can rent our equipment if you cannot swim. Any adult who cannot swim will be refused at the counter.
Send this page to the rest of your group to ensure that they fill out their waivers as well or forward them your confirmation email, which contains a link to the waiver and other useful information. Each adult must fill out their own waiver and a new waiver must be signed every time you go tubing with us. Children under 18 need to have a parent or guardian fill out a waiver for them.
